Insert a photo or a sketch of your gel electrophoresis results in the space below. ● If needed, a template can be found here. ● Label each lane with the sample name. ⎻ Lane 1: Ladder ⎻ Lane 2: Uncut DNA ⎻ Lane 3: Cas9-gRNA ⎻ Lane 4: Cas9+gRNA1 ⎻ Lane 5: Cas9+gRNA2. ● Use the image of the Fast DNA Ladder 3 to the right as a reference to label the approximate size of the DNA fragments (in bp) in your gel. Note: Bands that are the same size as the uncut DNA from tube A represent uncut DNA and indicate that not all the DNA in the reaction was cut.
