⎻ Lane 4: Cas9+gRNA1
⎻ Lane 5: Cas9+gRNA2.
● Use the image of the Fast DNA Ladder 3 to the
right as a reference to label the approximate size
of the DNA fragments (in bp) in your gel.
Note: Bands that are the same size as the uncut
DNA from tube A represent uncut DNA and indicate that not all the
DNA in the reaction was cut. This is normal, as reactions may not reach
completion under the time and conditions allowed.
