Micropipettes
• 2-20 μl: one per lab group

Microcentrifuge (optional; only needed
to collect liquid at tube bottom)
Distilled water for making agarose gels
and diluting TBE buffer
50 ml per gel
Flask or beaker
to dissolve agarose
Microwave or hot plate
to dissolve agarose

• Disposable laboratory gloves
• Protective eyewear

• Cup to dispose of tips
