This lab requires reagents for running and visualizing DNA samples on a 2% agarose gel with a
fluorescent DNA stain (e.g., SeeGreen

). The Learning Lab Companion Kit provides
enough electrophoresis reagents for 8 groups when using the blueGel
TM
electrophoresis system. Gels
