This generic model is meant to provide a basic framework with ideas to guide project development. **Include measures and tracking for activities and outcomes: logs, sign in/attendance sheets, journals, quizzes, teacher developed rubrics and tests, standardized tests, observation protocols, photos and art, surveys, etc.
